Our process begins with a relaxed, informal call, an opportunity to talk about your home, your aspirations and the way you want your space to feel, and to ensure we’re the right fit for one another.

If we decide to move forward, the next step is a private, in-home design consultation (with a small fee). This is a focused, thoughtful session where we explore your home in detail, discuss challenges and possibilities, and begin to shape a clear design direction. You’ll leave with considered ideas, early creative guidance and a renewed sense of confidence about what’s possible.

For some clients, this initial consultation provides all the clarity they need to continue independently. Others prefer a more hands-on approach: from support with specific elements to a fully bespoke, end-to-end interior design service.

Should you choose to proceed, the consultation fee is deducted from your first design service instalment.
